Prior to receiving the process, Dialog takes the initiative to carefully analyze the specifications set forth by you. Once all terms have been clarified and signed off, we develop a process to smooth the transition to our multi skilled data operators to avoid discrepancies in the quality of work provided to you. Upon completion of the requirement theoretically, our in-house training department ensures that each operator has understood the specifications properly by conducting live testing before deployment to the operational floor.
