The Speed Check is designed to ensure that the service received by the majority of our customers is not negatively impacted because of extremely heavy usage by a minority.
Once the billing cycle is complete, the service will be reset to the original position.
After the billing cycle the quality of service will be reset to the original position.
Speed Check Extension
If you wish to extend the speed beyond the Speed Check, dialog offers you two options
- 1GB speed check extension for Rs 300.00 + tax
Type 1MORE and send to 678. - 5 GB speed check extension for Rs 1,000.00 + tax
Type 5MORE and send to 678
Prepaid
Once usage exceeds the indicated Speed Check (Downloads & Uploads) service will be downgraded to 64 Kbps on your downloads.
