Call Holding / Waiting

The Call holding/waiting service allows you to answer two calls at the same time by placing one call on hold. When you are on a call with one party and another party calls at the same time, you can put the first call on hold and answer the incoming call without disconnecting either call.

Activation

Activation Dial * 95 # and select "send/ok"
Deactivation Dial # 95 # and select "send/ok"

Use

  • A beeping sound along with a message that appears on your phone screen will signal a second incoming call
  • Press <R> or <CALL/REDIAL> or cut the line to put the first caller on hold and to answer the second call
  • Repeating the operation will allow you to switch between the two calls.
