Call Transfer

The Call Transfer facility allows you to transfer calls between phones without disconnecting your existing call.

Activation

Service can be activated upon a written request.

Use

  • You are on a call with person A
  • In order to transfer this call Press <R> or <CALL/REDIAL> or cut the line, which puts person A on hold, and the enter person B's telephone number and press <CALL/REDIAL>
  • Hang up when you hear the ringing tone—you do not need to wait for person B to answer
  • The Call Transfer is complete, enabling persons A and B to communicate
