SMS

Text messaging (or Short Message Service) lets you send and receive short typed messages through the CDMA network. You must use the phone key pad to type the message. If the phone is switched off, messages are stored in the network and delivered when the customer switches the phone on. This requires a Fixed Wireless Phone (FWP).

Activation

No activation needed as this will be automatically activated with the package.

Use

  • Press Menu on your Phone
  • Select MESSAGES
  • Select NEW MESSAGES
  • Compose the message (up to 160 characters) using the alpha-numeric keypad and press <OK>
  • Enter the destination Number <OK>
  • Select Priority (eg. Normal ) <OK >
