- A BlackBerry Handset is required for the above service.
- This service is available for Prepaid Customers Only.
- Prepaid BlackBerry service is not available for Prepaid Sachet broadband customers. (Please deactivate the service prior to activating a prepaid BlackBerry package)
- Prepaid BlackBerry service will be deactivated when the customer has insufficient credit balance in his/her prepaid account. Upon reloading the sufficient balance the service will be activated automatically.
- GPRS charges will be applied for Internet browsing via 3rd party Internet Browsers.
- Prepaid Blackberry services would not be available for customers while roaming.
- For package changes visit one of our Customer Service Centres.
