M-Cert Re-Registration

Mobile certification is a new legal requirement for both personal and national security. First, check if your phone is already registered by dialing #132# or typing NAME and sending to 132. If your data is correct then you’re done, you can show your identity on request by using the same shortcode. If the data is incorrect then please visit a Dialog customer service centre to verify your identity.

What you need to do

Simply dial #132# or typing NAME and sending to 132. If your identification details are not correct then you  need to visit a Dialog Customer Service Centre to reregister your mobile ownership details . These are the documents you need to bring.

Dialog Prepaid Customer

  • National Identity Card/Driving License/Passport
  • SIM Card

Postpaid

  • National Identity Card/Driving License/Passport
  • SIM Card
  • Proof of Billing

If a supplementary connection has been provided to a loved one, then the primary owner should provide their details as well.
