Missed Call Alert

Missed Call Alert (MCA) is an application designed to capture all call attempts when a particular subscriber is not reachable. e.g.: - phone switched off.

Subscribers have to enable the Forward/Divert when busy feature or Forward when switched off/unavailable features from their individual handsets to the number 0777012012

You may divert your calls to MCA at the same time the caller could be redirected to your voice mail and given the option of recording his/her message Missed Call Alerts can be diverted to any other Dialog number.

Use

Divert when unanswered
(approx. 30 seconds)

Divert when unreachable
(mobile off or no coverage)

Note: If customer doesn't have sufficient account balance to receive a call from a Non-Dialog number, they will not be receiving MCA from Non-Dialog numbers. But, they will receive MCAs from Dialog numbers.

Deactivation

Type ##002# and SEND/OK
Or select "Cancel All Diverts" on the phone menu.
