With this application subscribers can request credit from another Dialog subscribers. Credit can be requested by dialing #356# at any time. Subscribers do not have to register to access this service.

  • Maximum number of credit requests for a day is 4.
  • Maximum number of credit requests per week is 20.
  • Subscribers do not have to register to access this service.

Ask Dialog (Pre paid customers only)

Now all Dialog Mobile Pre-paid customers can Ask for Credit from Dialog itself!

The Dialog credit service enables Pre-paid customers to obtain an advanced reload of Rs. 20/- when he/she is out of credit. This includes a processing fee of Rs.2/- which will be recovered once the account has been reloaded/recharged.

Note :

  • Only applicable for all Dialog Pre-Paid customer.
  • Network stay has to be more than 6 months.
  • All inclusive processing fee of Rs.2/- will be applicable.
  • Can ask for credit only when the account balance is below 5 rupees.
  • Credit will be recovered no sooner the account has been reloaded.
  • Only one credit request can be made when you are out of credit.
