With eZ Pay, Dialog and NDB Bank have pioneered mobile payments and launched the South Asia’s first mCommerce Service in Sri Lanka. Today eZ Pay is available for Seylan Bank Credit and Debit Card Holders as well and several leading banks will make available eZ Pay Accounts for their customers in the near future.

By registering for eZ Pay, you will be able to perform a wide variety of financial transactions using your mobile phone: anytime, anywhere!

Activation

How to register with eZ Pay?

1.You can either upgrade your existing Dialog Mobile SIM for an eZ Pay enabled SIM absolutely at No Cost. Walk in to any Dialog Arcade or Service Point and obtain your eZ Pay enabled SIM absolutely at No cost. The SIM upgrade includes chip – based security preventing fraudulent trading. It is available for both Dialog Mobile Postpaid & Prepaid customers. Select, from the available banks with eZ Pay and fill in the bank’s eZ Pay customer application. You can link up to 5 bank accounts of your choice.

2.You can also obtain eZ Pay facility on to your existing Dialog Mobile SIM as well. Simply dial *129# from your Dialog mobile to activate/transact with eZ Pay. eZ Pay on *129# is currently available only for Seylan Bank Credit and Debit Card Holders. It is much user friendly than the traditional SIM based application. However on *129#  certain features such as balance check is not available; due to the SIM based module being secure for transactions than on*129#

Use

eZ Pay facilitates 03 types of transactions

1.mPayments

  • Over-the-counter transactions - paying for goods and services at an eZ Pay accepting merchant
  • Dialog Mobile Payments – Settlement of  Dialog Mobile Postpaid bills/ topping up Prepaid connections from anywhere anytime using eZ Pay
  • Remote Utility Bill Payment – Settlement of utility bills including water, electricity, insurance, club payments from anywhere anytime using eZ Pay
  • Credit Card Repayments – Settlement of Credit Card bills from anywhere anytime using eZ Pay (* will be activated shortly)

2. mBanking

  • Cash Withdrawals - Withdraw cash at any Authorized eZ Pay Top-up agent
  • Cash Deposits - Deposit cash at any Authorized eZ Pay Top-up agent
  • Balance Check – Check your eZ Pay account balance anywhere anytime
  • Mini-Statements – Get the last 5 transactions of your eZ Pay account from anywhere anytime


3.mTransfer

  • Person to Person Money Transfers – Carryout instant money transfers from your eZ Pay account to your friends eZ Pay account within Sri Lanka
  • Foreign inward remittances (* will be activated shortly)

SMS Fee = Cost of a Standard SMS of  Rs.1.00
