3G Superline

This package is a dual SIM with 2 Lines. Line1 “Dialog” will work in 2G and 3G coverage areas and Line2 “3G SuperLine” will work in the 3G coverage area only.

Line1 will be attached with normal postpaid packages and line 2 will be attached with new 3G only packages. If a customer is on 3G Superline (Line 2) and approaches an area that is not a 3G coverage area, he would need to manually select from line 2 to Line 1 in order to make or receive a call. Also since Line 1 is designated for 2G and 3G network customer does not need to swap the two lines use the either one.

Benefits: Special call charges for calls generated from 3G SuperLine (Line2)

Procedures

New Customers

Line 1– Connection Fee:Rs. 1,000/- and LCD: Rs. 1,500/-
Line 2 – Customers will be charged LCD Rs.1,500/- and Connection Fee FOC.

Existing Customers

SIM change charges Rs. 200/-

With Normal SIM

Line 2 – Customers will be charged LCD Rs. 1,000/- and Connection Fee FOC
Line 1 – This will be changed to existing Package. Package change is FOC

With Dual SIM

Line 1 – This will be change to mapped primary package
Line 2 – Relevant supplementary package.

Eg. If customer is having Super 50x package and he wants to change it to 3G superline then have to proceed with the SIM change.

Peak is defined as Monday to Friday, 6am to 8pm
Off-Peak is defined as Monday to Friday 8pm to 11pm and Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays, 6am to 11pm
Bonanza is defined as everyday between 11pm and 6am

Note: If customer wishes to obtain roaming facility standard procedure will apply and available 3G coverage areas and the partners who have signed with Dialog should be considered.
