Proof of Billing
We accept any of the below documents as valid proof of your billing address
- Utility Bills – Validity 6 months.
- Bank Statements – Current Account or Credit card Statements.
- SLT or Suntel Internet bills.
- Registered Post Letter in the name of the Applicant (Received within the last 3 months).
- Address of Insurance Certificate / Premium Notice (Within 3 months).
- Cable TV Statements – DTV, LBN & Multi Vision.
- Tax payee invoice (Received by post) with address (Within 6 months).
- CDS Account Statement (used for trading of shares).
- Vehicle owner’s registrations books.
- Grama Seva Niladhari’s Certificate (Accepted only at Customer Service outlets).
- Rent/Lease agreement.
- Letter from employer.
