Dual SIM

The dual SIM allows the facility to have two different numbers on the same SIM (Line 1 and Line 2). The two packages can be a combination of either two Postpaid packages or one Postpaid package and one Prepaid package. Eg: Line 1 Postpaid , Line 2 Prepaid.

Setup and using Dual SIM

  • Both connections have to be under the customers name.
  • Dual SIM compatible phone.
  • If both or one of the 2 lines (Line 1 or Line 2 package) needs to be purchased along with the dual SIM, customer needs to be physically present.
  • If customer is combining 2 existing connections they have to be of the same HLR.

Pricing

Postpaid Dual SIM
Rs. 1,500 (Line 1 and Line 2 are Postpaid)

Post & Prepaid Dual SIM
New Post and Pre – Rs. 1,000.00 + Local Call Deposit
Existing Postpaid and new Prepaid – Rs. 1,000.00
Existing Prepaid and new Postpaid – Rs 1,000.00 + LCD for the Postpaid
Existing Post & Pre – Rs 1,000

Max SIM
There will be no charge to combine the two connections.

Rentals
As per the customer’s package.

Usage Charges
As per the tariff of the package.
