The customer will experience download and upload speed restrictions once reaching the Speed Check threshold as below.

The Speed Check is designed to ensure that the service received by the majority of our customers is not negatively impacted because of extremely heavy usage by a minority.
Once the billing cycle is complete, the service will be reset to the original position.
After the billing cycle the quality of service will be reset to the original position.
Prepaid
Once usage exceeds the indicated Speed Check (Downloads & Uploads) service will be downgraded to 64 Kbps on your downloads.
