01 - Customer A/c ID
Assigned account number for the particular connection.

02 - Name & Address
Name & the Billing address of the subscriber

03 - Tel. No
Customer number assigned to the subscriber.

04 - Invoice Date
Date on which the invoiced is generated.

05 - Invoice Period
The period for which the bill is generated.

06 - Due Date
The date stated here indicates the due date for payment for that particular invoice.

07 - Invoice Number
Each individual bill will have its own unique 11-digit number.

08 - Balance B/F
Shows the previous month’s total balance not settled as at the due date.

09 - Payment Received
Shows the total payment made during the invoice period.

10 - Other Debit/Credit
Waivers given and additions to the bill appear under this section (Waivers will be shown with a minus sign in front).

11 - Call Charges
Not applicable for Dialognet.

12 - Data charges
Not applicable for Dialognet.

13 - VAS chargers
Not applicable for Dialognet.

14 - Other Chargers
Tax Invoice: If a customer is VAT registered he will receive an invoice with the tax amount shown separately. If the customer is not registered for VAT he will receive an invoice with the tax added to his call charges and rental.

Shows the fixed monthly rentals for the services given. This will be prorated for the 1st month.
