Bill Format

01 - Customer A/c ID
Assigned account number for the particular connection.

02 - Name & Address
Name & the Billing address of the subscriber

03 - Tel. No
Customer number assigned to the subscriber.

04 - Invoice Date
Date on which the invoiced is generated.

05 - Invoice Period
The period for which the bill is generated.

06 - Due Date
The date stated here indicates the due date for payment for that particular invoice.

07 - Invoice Number
Each individual bill will have its own unique 11-digit number.

08 - Balance B/F
Shows the previous month’s total balance not settled as at the due date.

09 - Payment Received
Shows the total payment made during the invoice period.

10 - Other Debit/Credit
Waivers given and additions to the bill appear under this section (Waivers will be shown with a minus sign in front).

11 - Voice/Video Call Charges
The total of all out-going local, outstation, Mobile, Video & IDD call charges will be shown under this section. A breakdown of the outgoing call details will be shown in the second page ofthe bill.

12 - Data charges
Shows the internet usage charge

13 - VAS chargers
The total of all VAS chargers (e.g SMS) will be shown under this section.

14 - Other Chargers
Tax Invoice : If a customer is VAT registered he will receive an invoice with the tax amount shown separately. If the customer is not registered for VAT he will receive an invoice with the tax added to his call charges and rental.

15 - Monthly rentals
Shows the fixed monthly rentals for the services given. This will be prorated for the 1st month.

16 - Other service rentals
Shows the fixed monthly rentals for other VAS services.

17 - Easy payment installments
Shows the monthly installment pertaining to the connection fee.

18 - Short fall on minimum commitment
Shows the difference between the commitment value and the total usages for the month. It does not include fixed rentals and taxes.

19 - Interest charge
Shows the interest charged on over dues.

20 - Miscellaneous
Show all the other charges that are not included above.
