Be Familiar with Your Credit Limit

Dialog post-paid subscribers are assigned a credit limit from inception. The amount may differ based on the package, customer type and category.

Reasons for Service Interruptions Due to Credit Actions

  • Exceeding your assigned credit limit.
  • No payment made by the due date as agreed.
  • Accumulation of outstanding amounts due to non-payment. (Note: This is irrespective of the assigned credit limit).
  • Bill Returns.
  • Cheque Returns.
  • Non-payment for other disconnected lines under your NIC/ Business Registration Certificate.

Tips to stay connected while managing your bill

  • Make prompt payments on or before the due dates to be rewarded with Star Points plus avoid interest charges.
  • Identify frequent disconnection reasons and take proactive action.
  • Seek our assistance to help monitor your usage.
  • Manage your bills by utilizing the special services offered by us via various promotions.
  • Select packages to compliment your usage.
  • Look at easy payment methods – Standing Order Instructions, Online payments, Star points etc.
