Reactivations after Payment

Please be informed that in the event your Dialog TV connection is temporarily disconnected due to non-payment of invoices, you can now get it reactivated within 30 minutes of settling the overdue amount in full.

Note:

  • Please ensure that your decoder is switched on at the point of payment for auto activation.
  • Auto reactivation is not applicable for Bank payments and online payments, only applicable for payments made to dialog outlets.
