For Android Users:

  • Android user has to download "Dialog ViU" app from "Play Store" first.
  • The user has the option to install "Dialog TV Go" form ViU application (by clicking DTV Go and install) or directly from Play Store by searching "Dialog TV Go".
  • Once install, the user has to open Dialog ViU app and click on Dialog TV Go. (Direct access to DTV Go has been restricted for Android users)
  • The user required to create an account using his/her Dialog TV account number.
  • A unique PIN number would be sent to the registered mobile phone of the DTV account holder or to the DTV Set-top box when try to register for the first time.
  • Upon successful registration the user would be able to access "Dialog TV Go" and watch channels.
  • Available channels are depending on customers respective DTV base Package.

For Apple iOS (iPhone/iPad Users):

  • Apple user has to download "Dialog TV Go" app directly from Apple Store by searching "Dialog TV Go".
  • Once install, the user can simply click on "Dialog TV Go" app and open.
  • For Apple users, ViU is not available/required hence the direct access to "Dialog TV Go" was enabled.
  • The user required to create an account using his/her Dialog TV account number.
