  • Request will be processed within 1 working hour (working hours: 8am to 5pm on weekdays)
  • Upon Conversion, you will receive an email with the QR code to scan via your device
  • Follow the directions relevant to your Device (given below) to download the eSIM profile
You can attempt to download again by scanning the QR code in the email received. If problem persists please contact our help desk.
Customers can get an existing number of a physical SIM migrated to an eSIM and vice versa, at any Dialog Customer Care Centre island wide.
You can always redownload your eSIM profile by scanning the QR code on e-mail. We advise that you keep the e-mail for future use. If you are unable to find it, please contact our hotline to get the QR code sent to you again.

You need to deactivate the connection temporally by calling our hotline or perform a SIM change, till you find it or till you transfer it to another device.

Yes. An eSIM can be issued for any eSIM device that complies with the ‘Remote SIM Provisioning Phase 2 Standard’ issued by the GSMA.
