You can walk into any of our Service Centers, Arcades or franchise outlets to obtain a connection.

  • You should be above 18 years
  • Connection fee and Local call deposit
  • Identification card (NIC), Driving License or Passport (with NIC number)
  • Proof of billing confirming the billing address
  • You to be physically present at the time of purchase

Prepaid

  • You should be above 16 years
  • Connection fee
  • Identification card (NIC), Driving License or Passport (with NIC number)
  • You to be physically present at the time of purchase
