Dialog Per Day Home Broadband Data Plans

Recurrent Data Plans

A recurrent data plan is a plan where the customer is required to subscribe to a plan and this plan will be automatically renewed at the end of the validity period by deducting the relevant amount from a customer’s wallet.

Please note that all recurrent data plans will reset at 12 midnight on the expiry date (i.e. the Daily Pack will reset on each day at 12 midnight). However, if you do not have a sufficient balance to renew the plan, it will not be activated until the customer recharges their wallet with the sufficient amount. Further, customers can deactivate recurrent data plans at any time and the data quota remaining until the expiry date. There are four types of recurrent data plans based on the validity period as follows:

Weekend Special Data Plan

The Weekend Special Data Plan is the best match for families and individuals who want more Data to spend their weekends at home. This plan includes 10GB data quota for just Rs.200 which is only valid during the weekends. This is a one-time activation plan and your time starts as soon as you activate the plan.

Note :

  • *Quota would be valid for 07 days and quota can be used only during weekends.
  • There is no dependency to purchase weekend plan. Hence, all new and existing Home Broadband Prepaid customers are eligible to purchase weekend data plan.
  • Customer can purchase multiple weekend data plans at a given time.
  • Activation / Deactivation is only allowed via SMS.

Time Based Packages

A time based data plan is a plan best suited for heavy downloaders (i.e. movies, games, etc.). The plan includes 2.5GB data quota for just Rs.60 with a 5 hour validity. This is a one-time activation plan and your time starts as soon as you activate the plan. You also have the option of activating multiple data plans on your account.

Data Consumption Priority

Your data consumption priority is as follows, where the highest priority is for the time based data plan and when multiples of other data plans are activated, the highest priority will be given to the plan due to expire first.
