FAQs

Netflix is a subscription-based streaming OTT service which offers online streaming of a library of films and television programmes, including those produced in-house. It is available almost worldwide and this is the first time Dialog is bringing Netflix with an ‘Add to Bill’ option for all Dialog customers.
Dialog customers can visit Netflix.com or download the app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and sign-up.
  • Step 1: Open the app or log on to Netflix.com
  • Step 2: Provide an e-mail address and password to start the sign-up process
  • Step 3: Choose a free monthly option
  • Step 4: Choose a plan (package)
  • Step 5: Choose the ‘Dialog Add to Bill’ option as your payment mode
  • Step 6: Provide your Dialog mobile number
  • Step 7: Provide the OTP sent via SMS to the provided mobile number
  • Step 8: You have successfully subscribed to Netflix
  • Step 1: Sign in to Netflix.com
  • Step 2: Click the arrow next to profile name
  • Step 3. Select ‘Account’
  • Step 4. Under ‘Membership and billing’, click the ‘Cancel membership’ box
  • Step 5. Click ‘Finish cancellation’ to confirm your cancellation

Users can log in to their existing Netflix account and change the payment method to Dialog DCB, Netflix will change the payment mode to Dialog add to bill (DCB) from the next subscription renewal accordingly (refer below for the screens)

Step 1: Log on to Netflix and click ‘Account’
Step 2: Click ‘Update payment info’

Step 3: Enter your Dialog postpaid number and click ‘Verify’

Step 4: Enter the 4 digit code received via SMS and click ‘Save’
R. Once the user selects Dialog Add to Bill (DCB) as the payment method on Netflix, Dialog will activate the free additional Netflix data plan (5GB) to the mobile number the user has registered
