We urge our valued customers to upgrade their CDMA units for free, by visiting the nearest Dialog outlet before 31st March 2019 to enjoy a faster and superior Voice and Broadband experience.

While regretting any inconvenience caused, please note that existing CDMA services will be not available after the abovementioned date.


CDMA technology is becoming obsolete across the world. In line with this, Dialog is upgrading its technology, to serve our customers better.
The CDMA network will be discontinued on 31st March 2019.
If you are within Dialog Home Broadband’s coverage area,
  • Postpaid Customers - A new Home Broadband Voice connection will be issued with the same CDMA number, FREE of charge.
  • Prepaid Customers - A new Home Broadband Voice connection will be issued with a different number, with free call forwarding from the old CDMA number for one month.
Customers will receive internet access with free data, based on their package, along with reduced rentals

  • If the total outstanding amount is more than Rs. 2,000/, 50% of your total outstanding up to maximum Rs. 2,000/= will be waived off.

If you obtain a connection through Home Broadband, you will be moved to the Home Broadband billing cycle
