    @Anu if you phone showing 3G, that’s mean your area is still on 3G not 4G. Try to go any other place and check it’s still saying 3G, if it’s not you mobile’s dialog sim isn’t make 4G (sim is 4G but mobile data settings is 3G you have to change 3G to 4G in phone data settings)

    you can convert your sim by visiting the outlet or by ordering online through the site.

    You can visit a dialog outlet to get this done, and the sim’s original owner has to visit the outlet if not you have to take a letter to them with original owner’s signature and his NIC .
