    You don’t need to change the SIM , instead inform Dialog to change the SIM network to 3G so that you could activate time base.
    i got it done through their Facebook.

    Well E means edge where you’re connecting to 2G network, Hoep you already have 4G sim if so you should get connected to 4G wherever there is 4G coverage.
    But it seems like the location you’re using the same is not having 4G coverage, and it’s better if you could complaint to dialog on the same.

    I think it was the case earlier with wimax connections, but with the introduction of 4G things have changed pretty fast ..
    don’t think anyone wants slow data anymore..
