    I think this depends on the device,I also had the same issue and once I change the phone it worked.

    Me too had the same feature but when I check with the support team they said it is not functioning yet.it seems the feature is under developing process yet.

    First you need to check whether you have the call waiting service activated on your SIM?
    or else deactivate the service and then activate the same again (reset).

    call waiting can be activated/deactivated via USSD by dialing #107# -> call management –> call waiting
