    Try below

    1.Restart the phone

    2.Android
    On your Homescreen, tap the Apps icon
    Tap Settings
    Tap More Settings (may be called More)
    Tap Mobile Networks
    Tap Network Operators
    Tap Search Networks
    Tap the desired network
    Tap the Home key to return to the home screen

    3.IOS
    Go to Settings > Carrier and turn off Automatic. Wait until available networks appear. This can take up to two minutes.
    Tap the carrier that you want.
    Go back to the main Settings screen and wait for your iPhone or iPad to connect to the network.

    this is what I do with all my passwords, I have created an online email address and I email to it all of the passwords. I do not write down the password but I write down hints for it. when ever I forget my passwords , I just access that email and search 🙂

    sounds like a great idea. Not only dialog, everyone should do this so the consumers get more power in selection.

    anyone can use dialog Wifi, just go subscribe the package you want , find a hotspot and surf. I have used it only once at a hotel in negombo where they had paid wifi. no idea where the other hotspots are.

    the easist way to get this done is write a letter, sign the letter , scan and email to service@dialog.lk with a copy of your NIC. no need to go to the service centre. I use that service all the time.

    fiest download the dialog app, then register your 4G connection and you can then see how much data you have. also move your 4G unit to different places in the house until you get 3 or more bars of reception. Run a speedcheck online.
