    I feel your email address is not updated with their system. When you purchase the connection you need to register your email address as well, then only you will receive the pin to the email.

    Or if you have updated your contact number you can get the pin to your mobile as well. You may contact Dialog via Facebook or Twitter (which is the fastest to connect to an agent) and check on your issue.

    Requesting an e-bill for Dialog LTE Number 02******** : I would like to kindly request an e-bill for my Dialog LTE connection number 02********. My NIC *********V and at present I am getting the e-bill for my mobile connection 0*********. Therefore please be kind enough to make necessary arrangements to send me an e-bill for the above-mentioned LTE connection since, I am in abroad until end of June 2017 and this will make easy for me to do the payments online.

    As far as i know there is no any linkage with payment and data reset date, your data reset will happen based on a data cycle. eg- 1st to 30 or 11th to 10th

    You should not press the reset button in the router, you might have to get the assistance with Dialog technical team to get it right call them on 117100100

    Did the connection worked fine after the 7th night Dialog TV change? if it was ok then better to check the connection status with Dialog also for further assistance from Dialog technical ..

    Please check with Dialog whether your email address is registered under your connection and your 4G account number should be something similar to followings 0114XXXXXX or 0214XXXXX.
    when you register for my account your verification code will get directed to your registered email address, and by submitting the verified details the registration can be completed.

    Hi, I reset my wifi router to change the password but after resetting my landline phone connection is not working, which was connected to the wifi router. whats the solution for that?
