Authentication Failure

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .

My Dialog app says authentication failure when I open it. I tried reinstalling it again and it worked for a day or two and now it’s back to saying authentication failure. How do I fix that?

    Please delete the App data on the device and try again.

    if you can share the device model, we can suggest a way to help you.

    Try to uninstall the app completely and reinstall.
    When uninstalling , make sure to remove the app with existing app data.
