When I try to send a message to 678 to check my data usage, a pop up message popped up. It says sending this message will charge. Accidentally I touched not to send any messages. How can I reverse that? My mobile phone is a Samsung J2.

did you check on the message settings on the phone?

    Launch “Messages” and tap “More”
    Access “Settings” > “Spam filter”
    Tap “Manage spam numbers”
Tap the “-“ symbol associated with the phone number you want to unblock
    Tap “Back”
