COVID 19 Payment Plan Options Available ?

I have multiple Dialog connections(Dialog TV, Dialog Home Broadband, Mobile connections).
I have been locked for the 3 months , and I have no way to make my payments at the moment. Can I get an option to settle the due in Installment?

Can someone suggest me a better option?

    It is a Good question. Yes, the Dialog is providing . The customer oriented service provider.

    Dialog has opened a new payment plan for Customers who were having difficulties to settle their connection outstanding amounts due to the COVID 19 lockdown took place in the past months. (Only for selected customers).

    Selected Dialog Mobile / DTV / Home Broadband Customers.

    You will receive an SMS if you are eligible . if you wish , you can get by dialing #177#

    *Eligible DTV / HBB customers can use any Dialog Mobile (under any NIC) to access the #177# USSD and get registered to the payment plan.

    *Customers need to settle the required amount of the existing outstanding mentioned in the SMS (25-50% of the outstanding amount ) and add the Mobile/ DTV or HBB number for opt-in to this plan,

    *Successfully opt-in Dialog Mobile and HBB customers will be provided with temporary limit based on their average usage to avoid disconnection. However, any connection exceeded the temporary limit will be captured for automated disconnections.

    Yes, it is possible.

    You need to call the hotline & get the number reconnected.

    No, This is given for the active connections having brought forward OS as at April invoice.

    After making the sufficient payment, can customer request to opt-in through Dialog customer service?


    No. you have to opt-in through the USSD code.

    What if you want to settle the installment in advance?


    You can settle the remaining installment (Total Outstanding) at once. Once paid will be exempted from disconnections.
