my 4g speed is very slow.even less than 3g speed.maximum download speed is only 500-700 kbps only

    My connection is giving me lot of pain. Whenever i try playing an online game, the goddamn ping never drops below 200ms. Game server is perfect and fault is in the damn connection...

      I feel you bro.. even im tryna play apex and it lags so fkin much.. pretty much fedup of this shit of a dialog connection.. i can barely move smoothly

    Did dialog limit the bandwidth on game clients such as steam, Uplay, origin and rockstar, cos when I try to update my games the download speed doesn't go above 70kbs. The technical team said that I have to replace my router, but then again all my friends who uses dialog to game has the same issue. The timing of all of this cannot be worse, since it's the month we all get free data....

      Check router unit (CPE) for at least 3 bars in the signal indicator.
      Check on the CPE Network Mode indicator color. Please refer Router user manual for more information.
      Find out whether your PC or laptop meets the recommended requirements.
      Check whether PC or devices are performing a heavy duty download or other activities (Backups, Virus scan, Auto updates).
      Check bandwidth connectivity of the other computers if the Wi-Fi or wired connection is shared.

    i am activated time based package in my mothers phone using my dialog app it is showing speed as more than 500 kb per sec but its actual speed is less than 10 kb per sec help me

    Dialog has the ********* download speed and worst connection. What is wrong with your company? And also people actually buy this **** thinking it's better and you people are robbing them. Also, the time-based packages ****, limiting the speed after a few GB.

    Mobitel does a better job. Their connection is 1000% better than yours and the download speed is way better it completes in seconds. They give unlimited internet for the time-based package and no limit in speed.

    Dialog, Try hiring some new engineers and replace the CEO. Dialog doesn't have the number connection in Srilanka ALL LIES!!!!. Thank you

    It is really good question.I have been also experiencing this issue.

    Due to the exceptional circumstances we face today, we have observed a surge in broadband traffic.

    With work from home becoming a necessity, we have witnessed data traffic being deviated from office to home,
    and services such as video conferencing being used more than ever before.

    Customers are also using education / entertainment video based services for studying and entertaining themselves as they spend more time at home. These findings match those as seen globally, in countries also affected by this outbreak.

    I bought new home broadband connection about 3 weeks later. I live in rural village in kurunegala area. Internet speed is phenomenal and i am really impressed about the speed.

    some times i noticed connection doping while using real-time applications (such as call of duty mobile). to troubleshoot the problem i run several speed tests. in speed tests i noticed upload speed is still working fine but download speed go to zero.

    I attach some screen shot of my speed test. (IN THAT SCREEN SHOT 1.26/0.36 , 1.19/0.44 UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD IS NOT DIALOG ROUTER. ITS OTHER ADSL CONNECTION FROM DEFENDANT ISP)

    what can be the fix for my problem. i am currently i am using zlt p25 router (i find it is one of the most cheapest LTE router out there). so if changing some powerful router or change high gain antenna or use external antenna can help me to fix my problem?
