Dialog TV go app not responding

01. I am a Dialog TV post paid subscriber ( pearl Package). I already installed Dialog TV GO app on Dialog TAB 2. But I am having experience of non playing continues all the channels. See the attached image to clarify the error. Further I am using Dialog 4G Home broad Band as well. This error is appearing while playing and there is not exact time lag when it will happen. However once this error comes the channels will be closed. Only two or three time I can open the relevant channel or other channels. After the Application will be frozen. Usually I have to restart TAB as well. Many times I have informed to Dialog via email but I did not have any proper solution yet. I checked this with another Dialog 4G Home broad band to make sure whether I have issue with my 4G connection. The same issue was appeared.

02. CNN was there until last week but it is not appearing on play list as well. Please make sure to check this issue as well. If you need any further clarification, Let me know.

    HI,
    I dont get any error in playing TV Go. I use it in both WiFi and mobile data and works fine. But this didnt work in overseas.

    And I too dont have CNN on my channel list (just Checked)

    Could be a issue with the device you use too...... Double check that

    I'm using it on iPhone it's complete fine. All the chennel are not there though

    01. This could be an device specific issue, You can contact 777338953 to get some assistance on this matter.

    02. CNN is added back to the channel list, if you still do not see the channel. Try log out from the app and log in again; channel should appear

    I regret being a customer of Dialog TV of which service is very poor and completely different from what it promotes. Indeed, never recommended to anyone as I experienced the worst customer service of dialog today.
    Once a new channel is activated, the channel should be visible. However, either channel or proper response was not delivered yet and my effort of connecting dialog customer service point was fail after being stayed in the line for 1.5 hours.
    I don't want to specify the failures and regrets using dialog TV here. But whoever who monitors the service, should consider these complaints critically. Unless, no one will stay with your business if your service is not going to be in favour of the customer.

    Hi, i think the channel activation issues occur due to high number of activation so you may experience issues there.
