Dialog TV go app not responding
01. I am a Dialog TV post paid subscriber ( pearl Package). I already installed Dialog TV GO app on Dialog TAB 2. But I am having experience of non playing continues all the channels. See the attached image to clarify the error. Further I am using Dialog 4G Home broad Band as well. This error is appearing while playing and there is not exact time lag when it will happen. However once this error comes the channels will be closed. Only two or three time I can open the relevant channel or other channels. After the Application will be frozen. Usually I have to restart TAB as well. Many times I have informed to Dialog via email but I did not have any proper solution yet. I checked this with another Dialog 4G Home broad band to make sure whether I have issue with my 4G connection. The same issue was appeared.
02. CNN was there until last week but it is not appearing on play list as well. Please make sure to check this issue as well. If you need any further clarification, Let me know.
