How to check the usage on Pre-Paid internet cards?

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .

I have activated a Prepaid internet package and i’m unable to check the data usage balance of the same, please help.

    Balance can be checked via SMS - please type MYUSE and send to 678 to check the usage.

    I have the same problem i can't check my dialog data balance when i send "MYUSE" to 678 the reply comes as "you have balance of /" but it does not show my data balance

      That's pretty strange, and i have no issue with my post paid. better inform Dialog to check on the same..

    I had the same issue on my apple device. I changed the format of the text and it worked. Type it as "Myuse" and send it to 678, this will work on apple phones for sure.
    But if your phone is Android, the text should be in capital letters and sent to 678.
    Hope this solution works for you.

    2019 සැප්තැම්බර් 4 වැනි දින එකතු කළ රුපියල් 649 දත්ත පැකේජය සම්බන්ධයෙනි.

    MyDialog app එකට අනුව එහි රාත්‍රි කාල දත්ත පැකේජය 2019 සැප්තැම්බර් මස 11 වැනි දින පෙරවරු 8.59 සිට පැය 20 යි විනාඩි 41 ක් තුළ අවසන් වෙයි. එනම් 2019 සැප්තැම්බර් මස 12 වැනි දින පෙරවරු 5.40 ට අවසන් වෙයි.

    එහෙත් Myuse යන්න ටයිප් කර 678 යොමු කළ විට ලැබුණු කෙටි පණිවිඩයට අනුව එය අවසන් වන්නේ 2019 ඔක්තෝබර් මස 4 වැනි දින ය.

    මෙම වෙනස ගැන ඔබට කිව හැක්කේ කුමක්ද?
