How to check your mobile postpaid outstanding and get your connection reconnected through the self-help menu in Dialog Mobile IVR ?
It is very easy, you can simply use the steps here:
*Now you can call 0777123456 or 1777 even if your calling number is disconnected. As soon as you get connected to Dialog mobile IVR, Predictive support on Dialog Mobile IVR will identify it. You will be informed with the Minimum reconnection fee and the disconnection reason.
*Based on the disconnection reason of the connection and eligibility of obtaining a temporary reconnection, you can easily get the line reconnected in few seconds. Or else you can pay the bill via Mobile IVR (Through credit card/debit card, by obtaining My dialog app link, by obtaining www.dialog.lk web link)
*If not, you can go to the option 1 (Billing and Payment inquiries) from main menu and then select option 1(Check your total due amount) to check your outstanding amount and get total detail breakdown of your bill via SMS.
*You can go to the option 1 (Billing and Payment related inquiries) from main menu and then select option 5(Check the status of your line or to reconnect your line) to know the connectivity status or get your disconnected number reconnected.
