*You can call 0777123456 or call 1777 and select Dialog mobile to get self-help without waiting for an agent to assist. But make sure you call from the same name that you want to get self-help.

*Go to the main menu, select option 1 (Recharging and loan related information). You can hear your credit balance and when its going to be expired.

*After selecting option 1 (Recharging and loan related information) and hear your credit balance details, then select option 1(Check your last recharge information) to get your last recharge information. You can listen to the last recharged amount with the recharged date and you can get the Last 5 recharge information via SMS too.
