    Hey, I suggest you to contact the Dialog Help Desk via 1777 and disconnect the connection immediately. Then there are two options to obtain the lost SIM as follows;

    1. Visiting to the nearest Dialog Arcade and get your new replacement SIM and the charges would be Rs.150
    2. You can make a request to deliver the SIM via 1777. Applicable charges would be Rs.190. (SIM replacement fee Rs.150 + Postal cost Rs.40).

    Method to order the SIM:
    If you are a Prepaid user recharge your lost connection with Rs.200 and the said charges will be deducted from the credit balance.
    If you are a Postpaid user this charge will be added to your next bill.
