Internet slowing down after certain data usage

I’ve been using Dialog Mobile broadband for some time now… From few days ago… This started… After I use certain amount of data… My internet slows down and becomes unusable.. and it’s so annoying that I have to control my data usage per day!!!… No it’s not because my Data quota is over… I’m pre paid

    looks like the package data quote has been exceeded ,hence the data is slow,please download mydialog app via play store/app store and add the number so you can check the package details and data quota,if its not sufficient you can add data or can do the package change please contact 0117100100 charges applicable

    If you are experiencing this problem continuously contact H/L & Inform 1777..... Hope they will resolve if any issue with Connection or Coverage..

    Hey there,
    I also have this expirence somtimes. If the data usage reach to over,(eg- if i have 2GB data remaining) always the problem has come.And the other reason that in the rainy day,the connection is slow down.I recommend for the contact customer service of dialog :)

    If you exceed the quota it will slow down.
    In rainy days u might experience slowness due to interference
    Better u call the hotline 117100100 and select broadband technical or contact them via chat
