    i used to work at dialog on tv division.. an ex-employee if u wanna say, so as far as i remember i think u have to visit a dialog outlet with ur id copy, and acc holder/owner on working days and make sure to write a letter on why is the reason u wanna change it ( include the reason that u have said that the bills are too hight ) and pls make sure to call dialog cx/customer support before u visit any outlets and verify the details i gave u above and check if the outlet ur about to visit has a facility to change ur acc from post paid to pre paid, cuz its might have changed with time.. i worked there last year so.. yeah good luck mate :)

    and not really sure but i think u have to bring the decoder as well when u visit the outlet.. im not really sure, just give a call to 1777 and get a good understanding.

    Normally theirs no option for Dialog TV postpaid connection change in to Prepaid connection. however If your Dialog Tv connection currently disconnected more than 3 months. Then you can check whether you can convert and obtain Prepaid connection instead of Postpaid connection under promotions eligibility. contact Dialog Customer support team via 0777678678 WhatsApp chat. They will check and assist you.
