No 3G or 4G for a month
This is the final try. Next I will be throwing this sim to garbage. Up to 14th of July we had network so smooth. But now our internet for my area is on edge. We have no internet. I have complained 2 times but no sollutions. Every phone in our area with dialog sim has the same problem. We will observe another week and if this is not solved we will change to some other network. We are customers for years. We trust dialog like nothing. But this customer treatment was so unsatisfactory. Hope at least with this, this company would take necessary actions.

    well seems like something has happened to tower in your area or the location has been covered with some sort of an obstacle, normally the staff who're usually getting touch with provide an update of what's happening.. however you need to liaise with dialog to sort this out..
