    Dialog continue to collect until department of pensions reject the payment as the pensioner is dead. Dialog will disconnect the line and waive off the full amount.

    After Disconnection, if a relative of the customer requests to continue the mobile number after ownership transfer & WHITELIST the Device – The requester has to settle the Remaining Device installment value.

    After Disconnection, if a relative of the customer requests only to WHITELIST the Device without reconnecting the mobile number – The requester has to settle the Remaining Device installment value.
