twitter mobile notification

Please briefly explain why you feel this question should be reported .

Recently I hv noticed that twitter mobile notification has been stopped for all the dialog numbers. Twitter informs us “this carrier does not longer support this service”.
Has Dialog stopped it? Then why?

    I think it's from twitters end , not from Dialog.
