- Complementary unlimited in-flight data roaming is only for customers who have opted for a data roaming plan (USD 5/USD 50)
- Data roaming speeds may depend on the visiting country's network operator, as there will be data deprioritizing during congestion and excessive data usage within a short period
- * The rental for the Data Roaming Monthly Plan will be calculated for 30 days from the first instance of usage
- The Roaming Chat Pack is available only for Prepaid customers
- Data Roaming Monthly plan is not enabled for Prepaid customers
- For the purposes of the Daily Data Roaming charge, a day is defined as 00:00 to 23:59hrs based on standard Sri Lankan time
- Subscribers who stay in one destination for a period exceeding 30 days will not be eligible for monthly data roaming plan as it violates Roaming Operator Agreements and Dialog may, without any notification or liability to the customer, suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Data Roaming service
- Above rates are excluding government taxes
- Ensure that you have activated the Data Roaming service before you activate a Data Roaming Plan
