The data loan facility is open for all Dialog prepaid connections
Surf nonstop with Dialog data loan! Simply follow below steps to activate loan whenever you want:
- Dial #356# from your Dialog Mobile (prepaid connection) to activate this service
- Step 1 - Dial #356#
- Step 2 - Select Option 1 "Ask for Loan"
- Step 3 - Select Option 3 “Data Loan-Prepaid”
- Step 4 - Select the applicable loan (option 1 or 2)
- To obtain the data loan your account balance should always be less than Rs.29/-
Data Loan Recovery Mechanism
Data Loan recovery will be done on the next top-up/reload as full or partial recovery depending on the top-up value
|Top-up/reload value is more than the Data loan value + processing fee (Rs. 2/-)||Complete recovery of data loan will take place - If top-up is more than the Data loan amount, Loan gets recovered along with the processing fee at once||- Data Loan to be settled + Processing fee = Total amount to be recovered |
(Rs.49/- + Rs.2/- = Rs.51/-)
- Account topped-up/reloaded with Rs.100/-
- Full recovery of Rs. 51/- will take place from your account.
|Top-up/reload value is less than the Data loan value + processing fee (Rs. 2/-)||Partial recovery of the data loan will take place - If top-up is less than the Data loan amount. Your Loan will be recovered partially along with the processing fee (Rs. 2/-)||- Data Loan to be settled + Processing fee = Total amount to be recovered |
(Rs.49/- + Rs.2/- = Rs.51/-)
- Account topped-up/reloaded with Rs.30/-
- Partial recovery of Rs. 20/- will take place from your account leaving Rs.10/- for urgent usages.
- Remaining Rs.31/-(Rs.29/-+ Rs.2/-) data loan and processing fee will be recovered from the next top-up/reload
- Again if there is another top-up/reload of Rs.30/-, Then again Data Loan gets recovered partially with Rs.20/- leaving Rs.10/- for urgent usages.
- Leaving Rs.11/- balance to be recovered
- This process will be followed until you settle the Data loan.
- You don’t have to register to access this service as this is not a recurring loan.
- Minimum network stay of 3 months required to be eligible for this service
- Only Prepaid customers are eligible for this service (Postpaid & Hybrid customers are not eligible)
- You can select the applicable Data Loan value (Rs.29/- or Rs.49/-)
- You will only be able to get a Data Loan, only after all the other loan/s are settled.
- If any other loans are obtained, you will not be allowed to obtain data loan.
- Incase if you have obtained Automatic/Reload Loan while the data loan is active. You’re data loan will be recovered (Fully or Partially depending on the loan value) from the Automatic/Reload Loan
- You cannot obtain 2 data loans simultaneously.
- You will be informed as soon as the data loan is recovered via a SMS (for both full and partial recovery)
