Who is eligible for the 4G Home Broadband Double Your Data offer?
All Postpaid and Prepaid Dialog 4G Home Broadband connections purchased before 1st December 2017 are eligible.
How do I double my Data?
Postpaid customers can redeem the offer by visiting the HBB homepage on the Dialog Self Care app (using the latest Dialog Self Care app version - 5.5.0).
Prepaid customers who activate any of the following Data plans during the month of December will automatically receive extra Data.

How do I check my Data balance?
Via the Self Care app / the My Account portal / SMS / USSD.
Postpaid: Bonus Data will be displayed under the 'Bonus Any Time' and 'Bonus Night Time' view on the Dialog Self Care app, the My Account portal and on SMS usage check. Please note that Bonus Data will not be included under the main Data Quota.
Customers will be notified via SMS once the bonus quota is consumed.
Prepaid: Doubled Data will be displayed under your 'Any Time' and 'Night Time' usage view when checked via all Data plan activation methods.
In what order will the Data be consumed?
Bonus Data will be consumed first, followed by the main package quota.
What is the validity of the doubled Data?
Extra Data activated will be valid till 31st December 2017.
