How can I know whether I’m in Fixed LTE coverage area or not?

What is the difference between Fixed LTE (Home Broadband) and Mobile LTE /Mobile Broadband?

Mobile Broadband can be used on the move (where there is coverage). Fixed LTE is to use at a single location.

What should I do after purchasing the router, if the coverage is not available?
