Documents required

  1. Copy of National Identity Card
  2. Proof of billing - if the address on NIC differs to current billing address (a utility bill within the last 3 months, a Grama Sevaka certificate, bank statements obtained during the last 6 months or a bill of an existing Dialog connection
  3. Pensioner’s ID

Terms & Conditions

  • All prices are exclusive of government taxes.
  • *Customer needs to select a smartphone with the package
  • If the customer terminates the package prior to the end of the commitment period, an early termination fee will be charged. (Early termination Fee = (Rs.249 + Monthly Installment for the selected Smartphone)x Balance months to complete the commitment Period)
  • At registration, customers will agree to allow Dialog to share their NIC, mobile number and bill amount with the Department of Pension monthly bill settlement purposes.
  • The customer needs to sign a contract before subscribing to this package (to keep the connection active for 24 months with timely bill payments and authorising the Department of Pensions to settle the bill with Dialog).
