Rescan your decoder while keeping it switched ON

  • My Dialog App
    Open My Dialog App, select Dialog TV & click on rescan
    OR
  • SMS
    Type RESCAN <space> , Dialog TV Account number & SMS to 679, from your Dialog Mobile or to 0770 679 679 from any other mobile network
  • USSD
    #679# Select Self Help Enter DTV account number Select option 1 to rescan Then press 1 again and send if the decoder is switched ON
