  • Make sure you have enough credit in your phone before leaving Srilanka as all Roaming services will be barred once you reach your credit limit. You may also temporarily enhance or lower your credit limit using Budget Setter even while you are Roaming, by just dialing #103*5# or via MyDialog App.
  • Check if all your Roaming services (voice/data) are activated on your mobile.
  • Make sure to carry a 3G compatible device and insert your Dialog SIM card into the 3G slot (slot no. 1) and have your network mode on 'Auto' or 'WCDMA'
  • If you wish to use data service in the visited country, make sure to activate a suitable Data Roaming Plan that fits your need.

Yes. You will be able to make & receive calls, send SMS & use data in-flight and on board a cruise ship. As the availability depends on the aircraft & ship we cannot guarantee coverage when you're travelling at sea or in-flight. An announcement via SMS will be made on the availability.
