  • 1. Open the Settings app
  • 2. Tap Connections or Mobile Networks
  • 3. Tap Network Operators
  • 4. Wait while your phone searches for networks
  • 5. Select an available network from the list
  • 1. Open Settings
  • 2. Tap Mobile Service or Carrier
  • 3. Turn Automatic Network Selection OFF
  • 4. Wait a few seconds while your phone searches for networks
  • 5. When the list appears, tap to select the available network

  • 1. Open Settings
  • 2. Tap Connections / Network & Internet
  • 3. Tap mobile networks
  • 4. Press Access Point Names
  • 5. Go to the APN Edit section
  • 6. Update or Add a New APN
  • 7. Tap Add (+) or Edit an existing APN
  • 8. Enter Name: Dialog; APN: dialogbb (Postpaid) or ppwap (Prepaid)
  • 9. Save and select the new APN profile
  • 1. Open Settings
  • 2. Tap Mobile Data or Cellular
  • 3. Tap Mobile Data Options
  • 4. Select Mobile Data Network
  • 5. Enter APN under Mobile Data and LTE Setup (Optional)
  • 6. Name: Dialog; APN: dialogbb (Postpaid) or ppwap (Prepaid)
  • 7. Save & Exit (Back saves automatically)

If your data roaming still isn’t working, please follow these quick steps on My Dialog App

1. Go to My Dialog App
2. Tap Roaming in International Services
3. Make sure Data Roaming is turned ON (if it’s off, tap to turn it on)
